For your convenience, the Registrar is in the process of moving all forms to eform. If you have any difficulties accessing an eForm, or if you are a student who has a permanent residence within countries in which GDPR applies please contact us at registrar@retrorockerz.com.

1. If the form you are filling out is designated as an eForm, the link will take you to the eForm平台.
2. Once you are at the login page, please login using your 赌博娱乐平台网址大全 University network credentials (the same username and password for TigerPaws, TU Secure) by selecting the option that has the 赌博娱乐平台网址大全 University logo. If you are not a current student, 教师, or staff member, please use the G-Mail option to sign in (a valid email address ending with @gmail.com is required for this option).
3. Some of the form fields may auto-populate, but for those that do not please fill out all applicable fields.
4. After reviewing your completed form, hit the Submit button located at the bottom.

You will receive an email from eFormss@retrorockerz.com indicating that your form has been submitted. You will also receive an email once the form has been processed.

The Registrar is the office that will help you process and obtain forms from declaring your major to consent forms to release records to applications for graduation.

We work closely with the Office of Academic Advising on gathering approvals and other departments across campus to ensure academic data is accurate and that forms and documents are processed appropriately.
